15-http-describedby-no-conneg

This landing page has two signposting HTTP headers:

• describedby to metadata.ttl (text/turtle, type attribute declared)
• describedby to metadata.jsonld (application/ld+json, type attribute declared)

There is no HTTP content negotiation in this scenario, but the client should select the link corresponding for the desired type
