Imperfect: loss of text at beginning due to tears and rubbing; according to a note in Serto on 160v, the manuscript was rebound on October 20, 1586 (1898 AG) by ܕܝܪܝܐ ܘܩܫܝܫܐ ܝܫܘܥ ܒܪ ܡܢܚܐ ܙܟܐ ܒܪ ܡܢܚܐ ܚܢܢܐ; several leaves throughout (especially from fol. 77-97) have been replaced by leaves written with a more modern Serto hand
